This was an intermittent problem, but I managed to make it a real problem. Speedo': Sometimes the range of the Speedo is 10 -40 MPH. What I mean by this is, three seconds after I turn on the ignition it jumps to 10MPH and stays there until I start the engine. After start it tachs up from 10 - 20 MPH, never going below 10, when I throttle up.
